Applications open for YF&AP State Committee

Indiana Farm Bureau is accepting applications for representatives to the Young Farmers & Ag Professionals State Committee for two-year terms beginning in 2026

Applications are due March 30 and are open to young farmer and ag professional members who reside in:

  • District 1 – Fulton, LaPorte, Lake, Marshall, Porter, Pulaski, St. Joseph and Starke counties.
  • District 3 – Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Jasper, Newton, Tippecanoe and White counties.
  • District 5 – Boone, Fountain, Hendricks, Montgomery, Morgan, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Warren counties.
  • District 7 – Clay, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Owen, Sullivan and Vigo counties.
  • District 9 – Crawford, Dubois, Gibson, Orange, Perry, Pike, Posey, Spencer, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties.

The purpose of the YF&AP State Committee is to surface and develop agricultural leaders and to advise INFB staff and leadership on programming that will engage more young farmers and ag professionals in the organization. Members of the YF&AP State Committee must be 35 years of age or younger at the time they are appointed to the committee.
