Colette Childress

Childress is INFB’s policy advisor – local government relations. She is the point of contact for zoning, county comprehensive plans, and local and county government issues.

Jesse Cordray

Cordray is INFB’s public policy project manager. He is heavily involved in the policy development process. Cordray also manages the public policy team’s calendar and event coordination.

Todd Davis, Ph.D.

Davis is INFB’s chief economist. He serves as INFB’s resource for insights into the agricultural economy. Davis examines how policy decisions and global factors may impact Indiana’s farmers.

Katrina Hall

Hall is INFB’s senior director of policy strategy and advocacy. She is the point of contact for taxation, fiscal policy, annexation and broadband issues. Hall also is a resource for policy development questions.

Adam Novotney

Novotney is INFB’s associate director of policy engagement. He is well-versed in state government issues, including policy decisions related to the Indiana Department of Health.

Brantley Seifers

Seifers is INFB’s national affairs director. He maintains INFB’s relationship with Indiana’s congressional delegation. Seifers also is the point of contact for the farm bill.

Caitlin Smith

Smith is INFB’s associate director of policy engagement. She works in-depth on state government issues, with a focus on environmental and natural resource issues.

Charlie Tinkle
