Campaign School valuable for candidates at all levels

Jun 24, 2025, 09:29 AM by Kathleen M. Dutro

Whether you’re a veteran office holder or have recently decided to throw your hat in the ring for your first race, a Democrat or Republican, a farmer or nonfarmer, Indiana Farm Bureau’s Campaign School will provide you the confidence to run an effective campaign.

The event, led by Cody Lyon of the American Farm Bureau Federation, will be held July 29-30 at INFB headquarters.

The program is valuable for individuals at all levels – from county auditors and surveyors to zoning and school board members to congressional candidates. Attendees will receive training and attend workshops to help develop their campaigns for any public office and any political party.

The cost, which covers both days, including breakfast and lunch is:

  • INFB member – $300.
  • Non-member – $400.
  • Candidate's spouse – $100.
  • Candidate's campaign manager – $100.

Registration is now open, but potential attendees need to remember that the class size is limited to 25 people. If you need assistance with attendance costs, please contact your regional manager or county Farm Bureau office.

Contact Colette Childress at 317-517-9690 or cchildress@infb.org.org for more information. Find out more information and register here.
