The Indiana Farm Bureau license plate is still available from a license branch near you – but if you’ve been considering one, now is the time to act!
According to Debra DeCourcy, APR, INFB executive director of marketing, the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles has strict guidelines for special recognition plates, and one of those is that there must be a minimum of 500 plates on the road at any given time to keep the plate active. At last check, there were 499 active Farm Bureau plates.
“So you can see the sense of urgency we’re dealing with because I think we all want to keep our plate,” DeCourcy said.
DeCourcy added that the INFB license plate helps build brand awareness for the organization while supporting youth education in Indiana.
The special plates cost $40, but $25 of that fee benefits the Farm Bureau Foundation for youth education in Indiana.
The plates can be ordered at any time throughout the year. Order yours today to show your support for Indiana agriculture.
