Members will have several opportunities in 2023 to help Indiana Farm Bureau discover better ways to assist its members through a new evaluation program.
For every program or event that INFB conducts, participants will receive a survey immediately after with questions to help gauge satisfaction with that event or program.
“We want to make sure our programs are hitting the mark,” said Debra DeCourcy, APR, INFB’s executive director of marketing.
The evaluation program is an outgrowth of INFB’s 2022 strategic plan. Three surveys have been sent out so far: state convention, the Young Farmers & Ag Professionals Conference and the Agricultural Land Use & Zoning School.
The goal of the surveys is to provide a “snapshot” of how well INFB is delivering programs to its members, DeCourcy explained.
She added that while the main focus is on members, non-members who participate in a program or event also will be sent a follow-up email that includes information on how to become an INFB member.
