INFB Vice President Kendell Culp, who was a member of the board’s strategic plan committee, said that INFB is committed to working together with all levels of Farm Bureau, with stakeholders and with partners.
“Working together for a common purpose is critical to the success of Farm Bureau at all levels,” Culp said. “The foundation of our new strategic plan is built around how we achieve more collaboratively and how we work together to identify how to achieve our goals.”
These goals will be focused in four areas:
Developing “Indiana Farm Bureau Strategic Plan 2023-2026” has been a multi-step process designed to collect more input from members and stakeholders than ever before. These steps included a survey that collected more than 1,000 responses, “activation sessions” for county Farm Bureau leaders, district and county meetings hosted by district directors and listening sessions with state committees. These goals and action items were created in partnership with Farm Bureau county leaders, Aimpoint Research and approved by the INFB board of directors.
