Health Plans website launched, applications available Oct. 1

Sep 2, 2020, 09:59 AM by Garrett Kelly, INFB Marketing Team

On Sept. 1, the Indiana Farm Bureau Health Plans website, www.infbhealthplans.com, launched in order to give members the opportunity to get familiar with the site before the application period opens Oct. 1. After Oct. 1, the website will be the place where members may apply for all available health plans.

The new Indiana Farm Bureau Health Plans website was designed to be easy to navigate. From the homepage, members can select the “Learn More” button on the main image or choose “Plans” in the top menu section of the webpage – or simply scroll down below the main image to see the plans available.

From there, simply choose from individual and family plans, Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans, and the dental and vision plan. Each of the plan pages give information on the plans chosen. The individual and family plans, and the dental and vision plan pages also include a schedule of benefits for each plan for the member to review.

There also will be videos posted to the website which can explain in detail the specifics of each plan.

When an “Apply Now” and “Enroll Now” button is selected on the plan pages before the application period, a message will explain that applications will be available Oct. 1. The message also includes the membership requirements that need to be met in order to apply for each plan, as well as a link to join INFB.

Finally, a “Contact Us” page has been created to provide members with the phone number and email address that should be used to submit questions and connect with INFB Health Plans.

On Oct. 1, much more information will be added to the new INFB Health Plans website, including the links to apply or to receive a quote, access to find a provider, forms and resources for the application process, and more.
