Campaign school, a two-day interactive workshop for veteran office holders, first-time campaigners and anyone interested in political and issue campaigns, will be offered Dec. 3 and 4 at the Indiana Farm Bureau headquarters in Indianapolis.
Sponsored by INFB, the event will provide hands-on instruction about messaging, media interviews, budgets, organization and strategy. It will be taught by instructors who have either run for public office or have worked on local, state or federal campaigns.
The cost is $250 for Farm Bureau members and $300 for non-members. Campaign managers may accompany a candidate for an additional $150, and campaign spouses may attend for $100. This covers meals and materials. Attendees are responsible for their own lodging.
The seminar is limited to the first 30 people to sign up, including spouses and campaign managers. A maximum of three people per campaign team may attend. For more information or to register, visit INFB’s website.
