Lynn Meyer joined the Indiana Farm Bureau team in April as INFB’s new data administrative coordinator.
In this role, Meyer is part of the organizational development team and will provide administrative and program support with a focus on data management and analysis.
Before coming to Farm Bureau, Meyer worked for Simon (formerly Simon Property Group) where she was an administrative assistant and cash specialist. Meyer also has worked for the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce as an administrative assistant for leadership programs.
“I am most looking forward to the opportunity to learn about the impact agriculture has in Indiana,” Meyer said. “I have already learned so much involving crops, chemistry and agriculture as a whole, and I am learning more every day.”
Meyer received her education from Indiana University and graduated with a degree in English. She has two daughters, Carly, 20, and Keelan, 23. Outside of work, Meyer spends her time bicycling, reading, hiking and boating.
“During my time at Indiana Farm Bureau, I hope to gain a better understanding of our membership,” Meyer said. “The better we understand our members, the more responsive we can be to their needs.”
