Indiana Farm Bureau to match INAgLaw donations in 2023

Nov 29, 2023, 11:48 AM by INFB Marketing Team

Indiana Farm Bureau has pledged to match up to $35,000 in donations made to the Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation (INAgLaw) in 2023.

The dollar-for-dollar matching campaign will continue through Sunday, Dec. 31. All donations will support the mission of INAgLaw, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 2005 by INFB.

“The Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation sincerely appreciates the historical and on-going support from county Farm Bureaus that has sustained the foundation since 2005,” said John Shoup, INAgLaw director. Those donations have helped the foundation support precedent-setting litigation and also allow INAgLaw to provide educational programming such as the Estate and Succession Planning for the Family Farm event.

“We hope our county Farm Bureaus will consider donating to help reach our 2023 match. Your continued support is greatly appreciated,” Shoup added.

Donations may be made online or by check. Make checks payable to Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation and mail them to Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation, Attn: Maria Spellman, P.O. Box 1290, Indianapolis, IN 46206-1290.

For more information, contact John Shoup, JShoup@INAgLaw.org or 317-692-7801.
