Registration now open for virtual estate planning seminar

“Estate & Succession Planning for the Family Farm,” an annual workshop sponsored by the Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation and celebrating its 10th year, will be presented virtually Thursday, July 20, from 9 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Eastern time.
This year’s topics and presenters include:
- Estate Planning 101 – John Colin, attorney, Simpson Colin LLC.
- 4 Ways to Lose the Family Farm – Dan Gordon, partner, Gordon & Associates, P.C.
- Bringing the Next Generation into the Farming Operation – Matt Folz, partner, Dobbs & Folz LLC.
- Health Plans for the Family Farm – Steve Allen, manager, INFB Health Plans.
