Recorded sessions offer information on important agricultural issues

Dec 3, 2021, 09:46 AM by Kathleen M. Dutro, INFB Marketing Team

In December, Indiana Farm Bureau is offering a series of webinars on some of agriculture’s most important issues, but for those who miss them the first time around, recordings of each session will be available for later viewing.

The webinars focus on the following topics:

  • “Climate & Sustainability” (initially offered Dec. 6). The session offers a discussion of landowner considerations on developing wind and solar, information on the ongoing and latest developments on climate and carbon markets, and an agency panel on wetlands and waterways featuring the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
  • “Rural Relevance” (initially offered Dec. 7). This session covers topics such as economic development, diversified agriculture and broadband.
  • “Voices of Agriculture: Challenges, Opportunities and INFB State Policy Priorities” (initially offered Dec. 8). This session offers an “Outlook for Agriculture” panel featuring industry leaders, and a discussion on INFB’s 2022 state policy priorities.

All the webinars are free to members. For more information, go to www.infb.org/preconvention. You’ll need to log in to the website to access the content.
