A toolkit to help county Farm Bureaus promote activities at their county fairs is available through Indiana Farm Bureau.
The toolkit, which can be found on the organization’s website, was updated in 2020, so in addition to items and ideas for participating in a traditional fair, there also are some items that will be useful if this year’s fairs are modified due to the pandemic.
Included in the toolkit are, among other things, ag fact yard signs, suggested social media posts, print ads, templates for news releases, radio public service announcements and ag fact inserts for trivia wheels.
To find the county fair toolkit, log in to www.infb.org, look under the “Resources” tab and click on “For Volunteers.” A link to the toolkit section can be found under the “Links” heading.
