Ag Day marketing materials now available

Feb 7, 2020, 15:04 PM by Kathleen M. Dutro, INFB Marketing Team

National Ag Day is March 24, and Indiana’s county Farm Bureaus will be celebrating it in a variety of ways this spring.

Activities range from grocery store giveaways to breakfasts and farm tours, and the goal of each one is to teach Hoosiers a little bit about where their food comes from.

The Indiana Farm Bureau marketing team has created a package of materials to help counties plan and promote their activities. The toolkit is available online and includes a planning guide, print and email invitations, a flyer, trivia wheel inserts, suggested social media posts, and more.

Though the toolkit has been available since 2018, the materials have been refreshed for 2020, said Cheyenne Dunn, county marketing coordinator.

To access this toolkit and others, go to www.infb.org. Once on the website, log into your Farm Bureau account, look under the “Resources” tab and click on “For Volunteers.” The toolkit is located in “County Marketing Toolkits and Webinars.” In addition, a recording of a webinar that provides an overview of the Ag Day toolkit is available on the website.

Contact Dunn at cdunn@infb.org or 317-692-7880 to customize and order any of the toolkit items.
