Farmers and ranchers are ramping up philanthropic outreach to commemorate the American Farm Bureau Federation’s 100th year.
Dubbed the 100-Day Centennial Challenge, AFBF’s three national program committees are encouraging grassroots members and state committees to donate to a variety of charities including food banks, Ronald McDonald House charities and Noah’s Bandage Project.
The initiative kicked off Aug. 1 and runs through Nov. 8; AFBF’s official centennial date is Nov. 12. Follow the hashtags #FBGivesBack and #AFBF100 on social media to keep up with the action.
