Improving its data collection is an important goal for Indiana Farm Bureau – and it’s one of the reasons why Becca Bonnell was hired.
“My role benefits the members because better data will help the organization develop programs and events that engage its members more effectively,” she explained.
She started as INFB’s data administrative coordinator in December. In that role, she:
“My favorite part of my job is knowing that I am helping improve members’ experience as well as getting to interact with staff and members on a daily basis,” she added.
Bonnell has a degree in ag sales and marketing from Purdue University, and after graduating in December 2016 she worked for about a year as an agent for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance.
She was involved in 4-H and FFA and grew up showing pigs. She and her husband, Connor, got married last June, and they live in Hope, Indiana, where they raise show cattle and enjoy their dogs, Bridget and Bo. Aside from livestock, her hobbies include sports, running and baking.
