Indiana Farm Bureau is putting together a variety of resources to help county Farm Bureaus plan, execute and promote a successful Ag Day event.

The Ag Day toolkit will be ready for use by mid-February, said Mallory Meyer, INFB’s new county marketing coordinator.

Included in the toolkit will be templates for news releases and social media posts, flyers, invitations and activity ideas.

Once the material is completed and assembled, it will be emailed to county leaders. However, it also will be available for download on INFB’s website. Once on the website, log on to your Farm Bureau account and look under the “Resources” tab for “For Volunteers.”

The marketing team also is sponsoring a webinar, hosted by Meyer, on how to navigate and use the toolkit. The contents of the toolkit will be discussed as will how each piece can be used.

The webinar will start at noon on Feb. 15 and will last no longer than an hour. County leaders will be receiving an email from Meyer that includes a link that will provide details on how to participate. Anyone who doesn’t receive that email but would like to participate can contact Meyer, 317-692-7880, mmeyer@infb.org.
