Media invited to Aug. 27 delegate session

Voting delegates from every county in Indiana will meet on Aug. 27 to determine the policy that will guide the state’s largest farm organization for the next year.

Among the topics likely to be discussed by the delegates are property taxes, federal farm policy, local government reorganization, water and livestock issues.

A special seating area with tables will be reserved for media, and an audio multbox will be available for radio and TV reporters.

When: Aug. 27 beginning at 9:30 a.m. and concluding by around 4 p.m.

Where: Hall of Champions, Wyndham Indianapolis West, 2544 Executive Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241.

Lunch is available to media representatives who attend, but reservations are required so that INFB can turn in an accurate lunch count.
