Ag Secretary Sonny Perdue has designated 53 Missouri
Counties as primary natural disaster areas for losses from excessive rainfall and
flooding.
The designation means the Farm Service Agency can extend emergency credit to producers recovering from those natural disasters. Producers in counties next to the primary ones are also eligible to apply for emergency loans.
