Midwest Dairy educating consumers as fluid milk consumption decreases

Midwest dairy is working to educate consumers about dairy products at the Illinois State Fair and beyond.
Kendra Anderson with Midwest Dairy tells Brownfield it is no secret fluid milk consumption is down.
“So, we are really focusing on how to combat alternative nut juice products.”
She tells Brownfield they are also working with retailers to revamp the dairy case at grocery stores.
“Yogurt has been a shining star the last few years because it is a healthy snack and high in protein, and butter seems to be back on the rise.
