Bayer Crop Science says it’s still getting questions about its research on the mixing of glyphosate-based products with its XtendiMax dicamba herbicide which says the combination does NOT increase volatility potential “in a way that would impact plants outside of the field.”
Bayer’s findings contradict the peer-reviewed study by the University of Tennessee which shows that adding glyphosate to a dicamba mix lowers the pH and increases detectable dicamba air concentrations by 3 to 9 times compared to dicamba alone.
