An ag meteorologist says national
weather outlooks call for August to lean to either side of normal in the Great
Lakes.
“It’s a crapshoot for at least the month of August for how things shape up, but as we move further out to the end of the summer and really into the fall season, the outlooks still do suggest normal to above normal or warmer than normal.”
Jeff Andresen with Michigan State University says there’s also not a lot of direction on perception for August but it could be wetter further west.
