Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed lower Monday as grain prices recover, and cash trade turns negative.
July milk futures down a nickel at $17.36.
August down six cents at $17.83.
September down eight cents at $17.95.
October three cents lower at $17.98.
November through February contracts two cents lower to unchanged.
Dry whey down $0.0025 at $0.3250.
Blocks down $0.0075 at $1.84. Eleven trades were made ranging from $1.82 to
$1.8450.
