A northwest Ohio farmer says a brief dry window helped advance fieldwork and planting, but recent rain has brought progress to a halt.
“We put a small field of soybeans in on the 11th and we also had some days we were able to do some tile repair, but that’s been several weeks ago,” she says. “It’s been wet ever since and now that we flipped the calendar to May everyone is a little anxious and I hope things change here pretty soon.”
