Burger King plans to test its Impossible Whopper in additional markets
“in the very near future” before making it available nationwide by the end of the
year.
The announcement comes four weeks after testing the vegetarian Whopper
in 60 restaurants in the St. Louis area.
The burger chain says Impossible Whopper sales are “complementing”
traditional Whopper purchases.
Burger King already offers a veggie burger made by MorningStar Farms, a division of the Kellogg Company.
