Planting is underway for a southern Ohio farmer.
Greg Corcoran says conditions have been favorable so far in Ross, Pike, and Scioto counties.
“Late last week we were able to start planting both soybeans and corn,” he says. “Ground conditions are good, temperatures are up, and we’ve been happy with the overall weather.”
After record rainfall in his area last year, he tells Brownfield he’s hopeful for better growing conditions.
