Soybeans were lower on fund and technical selling, giving back Monday’s gains and then some. Beans continue to wait for clarity on any trade deal between the U.S. and China. Enforceability guidelines have reportedly been reached, but an actual deal might still be a month or so off. Late development and harvest conditions look good for most of South America, implying more export competition on the horizon. Brazil has benefited from the trade tensions between the U.S.
