A dairy markets expert says milk production climbed again, even with fewer cows. Mark Stephenson with the University of Wisconsin’s Dairy Profitability Center says, “We did have milk production in the latest report that actually ticked up a little bit. We’re still under a 1% increase, but it was up from the last two months. So, we’re still producing a bit more milk than we did the year before.”
Stephenson tells Brownfield he also sees strong market demand continuing.
