The down farm economy remains a heavy weight on farmers.
Southeast Minnesota corn and soybean grower Jeff Tank says it’ll be a challenge penciling out a profit in 2019.
“And everyone is kind of seeing that, (which) is why we’re trying to manage things a little bit different and keep our input costs as low as we can so we’re at a little more of an advantage.”
He tells Brownfield there’s a lot of uncertainty in farm country.
