Trade and the government shutdown are overshadowing every other topic at the MN Ag Expo in Mankato, Minnesota. 

Minnesota Corn Growers Association executive director Adam Birr says the shutdown is being discussed even more than he thought it would.

“I was coming to the show sort of wondering what is going to be the topic of conversation, and (the shutdown) obviously has been pervasive. And kind of linked to that, trade is something that a lot of folks have been talking about as well.”
