China’s Commerce Ministry says the Chinese Vice Premier
will travel to Washington at the end of the month to continue trade talks with
U.S. officials.
The ministry says the trade talks that took place earlier
this month in Beijing strengthened mutual understanding between the two
countries and laid a foundation for solving trade problems.
The talks are part of a 90-day trade truce reached by President Trump and Chinese President Xi.
