Ken Anderson with Legacy Hemp tells Brownfield the demand for hemp seed is going up. “The crux has always been not having enough buyers, and that’s really because hemp was being put on food and not in food, in the grain market, and we’ve made a very hard push at getting it as an ingredient into food products rather than putting it on food.”
