The Missouri Legislature passed the Missouri Clean Water Law agriculture exemption for stormwater runoff. Tom Steever spoke to Casey Wasser, Policy Director, Missouri Soybean Association, who says it’s important because even though farmers try to prevent runoff, huge rain events sometimes make that impossible.
