Warmer temperatures allowed planting progress this past week in Missouri. Topsoil moisture is 61 percent adequate to surplus. Corn’s in good shape; it’s 67 percent good to excellent. Soybean planting is 85 percent complete. Sorghum planting is 80 percent done, 22 percentage points ahead of normal. Winter wheat is 56 percent good to excellent.
