Uneven outlook for animal protein in 2018

The director of the Livestock Marketing Information Center tells Brownfield 2017 was a better year than many had anticipated for the livestock industry.
Jim Robb says that was especially true for beef and pork. He tells Brownfield the biggest headwind for U.S. meat and poultry is the shear amount of tonnage being produced.
