The Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) meetings are weighing on the minds of commodity group members gathering in California. Ohio corn grower Fred Yoder says the letter needed to be sent so that President Trump is clear on the groups’ position and to express appreciation for Trump’s campaign promise to keep the RFS intact.
“We’ve just make sure that it stays that way,” Yoder told Brownfield Ag News during Commodity Classic in Anaheim.
The commodity groups’ negotiating position is solid and should not result in a loss, added Yoder.
