Soybeans were modestly lower on profit taking and technical selling, giving back a small portion of Monday’s gains. The trade’s watching South America, with more hot, dry weather in Argentina ahead of the chance for a cooler, wetter pattern. Brazil looks comparatively better, but there are a few areas of concern. The USDA could lower its production estimate in Thursday’s supply and demand update, while raising the outlook for Brazil.
