Biodiesel champions are being recognized for helping build the industry into a $2 billion-dollar business.
The National Biodiesel Board honored individuals and organizations who have made significant contributions to biodiesel during its annual meeting and trade show in Fort Worth, Texas, earlier this week.
Minnesota Soybean director of product development and commercialization Mike Youngerberg received NBB’s Impact Award. Youngerberg played a critical part as Minnesota became the first state to require biodiesel blends in 2005.
