A farm management specialist in northeast Nebraska says their cash rents are holding steady in 2018.
“If the cash rents have come down over the last three years, which typically they have in northeast Nebraska, then this year we’re looking at mostly about the same as we were last year,” says Marlin Krohn with Hertz Farm Management. “Although that depends–if your cash rent the previous years didn’t come down a whole lot, you might be continuing to lower them this year.
