Tina Smith anxious to get working on Farm Bill

Minnesota U.S. Senator Tina Smith says she’s ready to get to work on kitchen table issues important to agriculture.
Smith is one of two new members joining the Senate Ag Committee.
“I asked to serve on the Ag Committee and I’m really happy to be able to do that. It’s going to be a really important year for Minnesota agriculture and also an important year for the Farm Bill.”
She tells Brownfield the 2018 Farm Bill can help level the playing field for farmers.
