Ryan Weeks, who farms near Juniata in south-central Nebraska, is in the process of transitioning part of his conventional corn and soybean acres to organic.
“We’re going to have 240 (acres) certified next year, 840 certified the year after, and we’re continually putting a little more in each year as we can handle it,” Weeks says.
