The Dairy markets were down to start the new year Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Near-term milk futures were up, and some 2018 summer and fall prices were down or unchanged.
January milk was down $.06 at $14.02. February was down $.18 at $13.59. March was down $.17 closing at $13.57. April was down $.16 at $13.89. Futures for the first half of 2018 were all down and up for the second half of 2018 Tuesday.
