RFA chief says it’s been a ‘solid year’ for the ethanol industry

The president and CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association, Bob Dinneen, says 2017 was “a pretty good year” for the ethanol industry, with a new advocate in the White House in President Trump and record production.
“The business of ethanol is always a roller coaster, but by and large it’s been another solid year,” Dinneen says. “I think the industry is certainly making money and continuing to grow, continuing to invest in new technologies and expanding.
