
Direct cash cattle trade is fairly quiet with just a few scattered bids in Kansas and Nebraska at $118 live and $188 to $192 dressed. Asking prices are around $122.00 to $125.00 in the South and $195.00 plus in the North. Trade volume is expected to increase throughout the day – but could even be delayed until tomorrow.
Boxed beef cutouts are higher at the midday on light to moderate box movement.
