Chicago Mercantile Exchange live cattle futures were mostly lower on profit taking and the bearish cattle on feed numbers, along with position squaring as the trade continues to get ready for the December contract’s expiration on the 29th. December was up $.20 at $119.82 and February was down $1.10 at $118.57.
Feeder cattle were lower on profit taking and the on feed numbers. January was down $1.37 at $141.55 and March was $1.85 lower at $138.55.
