The Missouri State Tax Commission voted Wednesday for a reduction in taxes for certain pasture ground and NO increase on property taxes for certain tillable lands.
Missouri Cattlemen’s Association director Mike Deering praised the three-person commission for, in his words, doing everything within their power to encourage growth and expansion in Missouri agriculture. Deering says the decision will help the beef cattle sector in Missouri to expand.
