Study: RFS2 is a success

The head of Renewable Fuels Association says a study by the association has found that the Renewable Fuel Standard program has been an unmitigated success since it was created 10 years ago.
Bob Dinneen is the president and CEO of RFA.
“It has helped to lower consumer gasoline prices, it has expanded the production and use of renewable fuels, it has lowered our reliance on imported energy, it has reduced air pollution in our nation’s cities, and it has provided consumer choice,” he says.
