Direct cash cattle trade is slowly improving and is expected to continue to develop over the next 24 to 48 hours. Buyers and sellers are looking to the long holiday weekend – but it is yet ot be known if the majority of business will finish early this week or it will wait until Friday’s Cattle on Feed report. Asking prices are reported at $122 to $123 plus in the South and $193 to $195 plus in the North.
