Michigan Farm Bureau says the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is welcome news for the state’s farmers.
President Carl Bednarski says farmers need a tax code that helps in good times and bad and it appears the bill will better position most farmers moving forward.
MFB national legislative counsel John Kran says the measure is expected to provide tax relief to most farmers and it seems to generally follow Farm Bureau policy approved by members.
