Monsanto official comments on dicamba cut-off dates

In an interview with Brownfield, Monsanto vice president of global strategy Scott Partridge commented on an Arkansas legislative subcommittee’s refusal to ratify the Arkansas State Plant Board’s proposal restricting farmers’ use of dicamba herbicide in 2018. He also talked about dicamba application cut-off dates being set by other states, including Missouri and Minnesota.
